If it is not what you expected, reply to the delivery email within 7 days and we will refund it.

How it works
Reply to the email that delivered the files, within 7 days of buying. You do not have to explain why. We will refund the full amount to the method you paid with.
How long it takes
We start the refund as soon as we read your message. How quickly it reaches you after that depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually a few working days.
Keeping the files
They are digital, so we cannot take them back and we will not ask you to prove you deleted them. We do ask that you do not pass them on.
